For 10 days you’ll replace your three main meals with smoothies. Detailed recipes and shopping lists are provided in this ebook. Each smoothie recipe makes 3 servings. You will make one large batch and divide it equally into 3 containers to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All smoothies are dairy free and vegan/vegetarian friendly.
